How bulk property upload works

Bulk upload is designed for partners who manage many property-owner files and do not want to submit every valuation request manually.

The secure upload workflow is being connected. This page explains the data model partners should prepare before submitting client batches.

Supported formats
#

  • CSV template.
  • Excel .xlsx template.
  • One row per property valuation request.

Required columns
#

client_nameThe property owner’s or client contact’s name.
client_emailClient email for consent-controlled communication.
property_addressFull property address to be valued.
client_consent_confirmedPartner confirmation that the client has authorised submission.

Optional routing columns

Batch workflow
#

  1. Prepare the CSV or Excel file.
  2. Confirm consent for every client row.
  3. Submit the batch through the secure partner portal once access is active.
  4. FlowPilot creates a parent batch and child valuation opportunities.
  5. Invalid rows are flagged for correction before work proceeds.
  6. Valid rows move through triage, valuer review, report delivery and billing.
